Being an adopted black man, raised by white folk on a farm in Saskatchewan is not a common upbringing for most people, let alone most comedians, but then most comedians (and most people for that matter) aren’t like Jody Peters. The fact that he was raised in such a different world has given Jody an amazing ability to see universal commonalities from a fresh perspective, one that is sure to make audiences everywhere laugh to excess.  He’s performed comedy all over Canada including the Montreal “Just for Laughs” Comedy Festival.  He is a Gemini Award winning voice actor.  He is also the host of City T.V.’s “The Prairie Diner”.
