WIN WITH WELLNESS PRESENTATIONS
The Win with Wellness Presentation Series, presented by Conexus Credit Union, brings trained Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation Player Ambassadors into Saskatchewan schools to spark open, age-appropriate conversations about mental wellness. Designed for students in grades five to nine, the series covers understanding mental wellness, managing stress and anxiety, building supportive relationships, and identifying helpful tools and resources available to youth across the province.
