Jared LaCoste has been the Saskatchewan Roughriders’ full-time chaplain since 2016. He previously spent the 2012 and 2013 seasons as an the assistant chaplain with the Club.

In 2014 and 2015, LaCoste focused on a local chaplaincy and, in that capacity, worked with the University of Regina Cougars men’s hockey team, the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League’s Notre Dame Hounds and the Prairie Football Conference’s Regina Thunder.

LaCoste, who grew up in Estevan, majored in Christian Ministry during his studies at Briercrest College and Seminary in Caronport.

Jared, his wife Courtney and their three children — Brodie, Boston and Owen — now call Regina home.
