Now that we know there is a shortened season, what will happen with my account?

Please check your inbox for an email outlining the different options for your four-game credit.  This is the fastest and easiest way for us to process it.  Calling the Rider Ticket Office will not get your credit processed quicker.

Crediting thousands of season ticket holder accounts is a substantial process for the Rider Ticket Office, so please be patient.

 


What if I didn’t receive an email?

Be sure to check your spam folder or junk mail, if you still don’t see an email from us please email tickets@saskriders.com .

 


How long will it take to process my option once I have selected it? 

It will take several weeks to process your option and we ask for your patience during this time.  Once you have followed the link on the email and selected your option you will be given a letter (Group A, B, C, etc.) indicating what grouping you are in. We will post what letter we are processing on the ticketing page at riderville.com 

 


Is the Rider Ticket Office open?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and for the safety of our fans and staff, the Rider Ticket Office is closed to the general public.  You can email tickets@saskriders.com or call 1-888-474-3377 option 3 if you need assistance.  Please expect delays and we appreciate your patience during this time. 

Note: Calling the Rider Ticket Office will not have your account credit processed any quicker, please ensure you have filled out the form that was emailed to you on May 20.
