2024: Philion attended training camp with Ottawa after being selected by the REDBLACKS in the seventh round, 58th overall, of the 2024 CFL Draft.
COLLEGE: Philion started for three seasons (2021 to 2023) at Concordia, where he registered 98 defensive tackles (including, 10 for a loss), four sacks, 11 pass breakups, two interceptions and one forced fumble over 27 games. Prior to joining the Stingers, he played one season at New Mexico Military Institute, tallying nine tackles, one interception and two pass breakups.
FAST FACT: Philion is the 25-year-old son of former CFL defensive lineman and assistant coach Ed Philion.
