PRO: Javier attended the Tennessee Titans’ training camp after being signed by the NFL team as an undrafted free agent.

COLLEGE: Javier spent five seasons (2018-23) at Towson, playing in 36 games as a Tiger. He earned back-to-back All-Conference accolades (2022 and 2023), becoming the first Towson cornerback to be All-CAA since 2014. Javier had an especially strong final two seasons, defending 26 passes over his final 21 games and ranked seventh in FCS in passes defended per game in 2022. As a senior, he ranked second in the conference in interceptions (4) and pass breakups (8). All told, he registered 77 career tackles (one for a loss) and six interceptions, two of which he returned for a touchdown.

FAST FACT: Javier is the fourth Towson product to sign with the Green and White. He was preceded by defensive back Julian Blair (training camp 1993), linebacker Telvion Clark (who played in three games with the Roughriders in 2015) and quarterback Tom Flacco (training camp 2021).
