2024: Played in 14 regular season games for the Roughriders. Recorded 11 defensive tackles, one special teams tackles and two sacks. Registered first CFL sack, Sept. 20 at Calgary … second CFL sack, Sept. 28 vs. Ottawa … tackle for a loss, Oct. 12 vs. B.C. … finished season with 11 defensive tackles, one special teams tackle and two sacks in 14 games.

2023: Dressed for five regular-season games, registering three defensive tackles and four special-teams stops.

PRO: Signed with the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2023. In three NFL pre-season games with the Giants, he registered four defensive tackles, a sack and a pass defended.

COLLEGE: Spent five collegiate seasons (2018-2022) at the University of Pittsburgh, seeing action in 40 games. He recorded 99 tackles, 22.5 tackles for a loss, 15 sacks, two pass knockdowns, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and one punt block.  In the 2021 season, Baldonado led the Panthers with nine sacks and earned Second-Team All-ACC honours.

FAST FACT: Baldonado moved from Italy to Florida and played one season of high school football at Clearwater Academy International. Lining up at defensive end, he registered 30.5 sacks. He also played receiver, making nine catches for 220 yards and two touchdowns.
