How to Enter Mosaic Stadium on Gameday

There are three ways to access your tickets for the game:

  1. You can log in to your ticket account using the Rider App to access your ticket barcodes. Make sure to hold your phone, with barcodes visible, parallel to the ticket reader for entry.
  2. If you own an Apple device, you can save the tickets to your Apple Wallet and place the top of your phone near the ticket reader to get in to the game!
  3. If you own an Android device, you can save the tickets to your Google Wallet. Scan the barcode in the wallet to enter at the gate.

Your phone screen needs to look like one of the examples below to scan or tap your tickets at the gates.

Transfer Your Tickets

When transferring tickets, you will receive two (2) emails from Ticketmaster: one confirming your ticket(s) have been sent and another when your recipient accepts the tickets you sent.

Your recipient will also receive an email from Ticketmaster prompting them to accept your tickets.

NOTE

Once the ticket transfer has been accepted, the tickets in your account are no longer valid and you will not be able to get into the event with those tickets.
You may not cancel the transfer if the tickets have been accepted.
