Digital Only/Ticketmaster SafeTix

This shift to digital means your tickets will no longer be printed on hard ticket stock or plastic cards. This helps reduce person-to-person contact, and ticket fraud while also making it easier for you to forward or sell your tickets. If you simply prefer to have paper tickets printed we will charge a fee $5.00 per ticket. No exceptions. If you do not have a smart phone please contact Rider Ticket Office. Ticket printing will only be done in person at the Rider Ticket Office and must be arranged prior to pick-up

Ticketmaster SafeTix are powered by a new and unique barcode that automatically refreshes every 15 seconds. This greatly reduces the risk of ticket fraud from stolen or illegal counterfeit tickets. If you take a closer look at your ticket, you may notice that it has a gliding movement, making it in a sense, alive. That movement is our ticket technology actively working to safeguard you every second.
No. Your barcode includes leading-edge technology with fraud and counterfeit protection, so you won’t be able to use screenshots or printouts. When you arrive at your event, use the Rider App or the Ticketmaster app or mobile website to locate your tickets. Your phone is your ticket, which you’ll show to the ticket scanner, get your phone scanned or tap – and you’re in!
Yes. A $5 print will be levied, to a maximum of $50 per account, if physical tickets are required. Customers with no cell phones please contact the ticket office at 1-888-474-3377 and select Option 3.

 

Attending Games at Mosaic Stadium

  1. Launch the Rider App
  2. Navigate to the Featured Tab. In the Tickets Carousel launch Account Manager
  3. Login to your account
  4. Tap the game you wish to view your tickets. At entry, show your phone to get scanned and you’re in!
If you have season tickets or bought tickets through the Riders you need to sign in using the Sign in to Roughriders button.
If you have bought tickets through ticketmaster.ca touch the Sign in to Ticketmaster button
You can link both accounts in the Rider App by:

  1. After login, touch the Account bar located at the top of the My Events page
  2. Touch the + Sign in to Ticketmaster or the + Sign in to Roughriders button
  3. After successful login in you will see both a R and a T at the top of the page. Your accounts are linked and you should see all your tickets.
If you have a cracked screen, or are just not using a smart device – no problem. Simply visit the Rider Ticket Office between Gates 2 and 3 at Mosaic Stadium upon arrival. Have your ID handy and you will be issued a physical ticket.
Once you view your tickets in the Rider App, your ticket is saved so you won’t need data to load the barcode again.
In case you are low in power or don’t have data and haven’t loaded your tickets, visit one of the Ticket Support pods located near each gate. We have free Wi-Fi, power chargers, and friendly helpful staff!

  1. Select the game you wish to load tickets for.
  2. Click the Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay button on the ticket you wish to add
  3. Click Add this ticket or all tickets to add to the wallet.
  4. Once added you can view the ticket in your wallet

NOTE iPhone users: When adding a ticket to your wallet you may no longer see a barcode. This means your phone is NFC capable and you will tap your phone to the scanner upon entry. If you wish to scan a barcode instead remove your ticket from the Apple Wallet so you can see your ticket in the Rider App and touch the View Barcode button.

Transferring and Selling

  1. Launch the Rider App
  2. Navigate to the Featured Tab. In the Tickets Carousel launch Account Manager
  3. Login to your account
  4. Tap the Transfer Tickets button (if the button is not available contact the Rider Ticket office)
  5. Select the tickets you wish to transfer
  6. Select a contact or enter the name and email of the person you’re send it to, then tap Send
Yes, it’s safe. When you transfer a ticket, the person you are sending the tickets to must accept the tickets in our secure marketplace. When they accept their ticket, we issue a new barcode to them. This keeps you protected and they get secure tickets they can trust.
  1. Using a desktop computer, log into your Rider Account Manager.
  2. Click on Tickets in the top-left or Manage Tickets in the middle of the screen.
  3. Click on the Transfer button in the top-left of the screen.
  4. For each game you want to transfer tickets for, click on the checkbox to the left of the game. If you wish to transfer all of them at once, click on the Select All checkbox at the top left of the screen.
  5. Click the Next button in the top-right of the screen.
  6. Confirm that you want to transfer tickets for these games by clicking the Yes button on the right side of the window.
  7. Select each seat(s) wanting to be transferred for each game and then click the Next button on the bottom-right of the window.
  8. Enter in the information of the individual you are transferring the tickets to and click the Transfer button in the bottom-right of the window.
Transferring a ticket allows you to securely send some or all of your tickets directly from your account to other people. When you use our Transfer Ticket feature, it allows everyone going to the game to have their own ticket in-hand. It’s easy, safe, and completely free.
Once you transfer a ticket, you’ll see one of two statuses. If you see “Waiting to accept,” the recipient has not accepted your transfer yet. You may want to send them a reminder to check their email or text messages for the transfer notification. If you see “Accepted by,” this means the recipient has accepted your tickets and they are no longer available for use in your account.

Email method

  1. Check your email inbox and open the ticket transfer email. Then click “Accept Tickets”. NOTE: Check your spam folders.
  2. Sign in to your Rider Account Manager account. If you not have an account, you must create one.
  3. Click “Accept” to claim the tickets. You can now transfer or save the tickets to your phone.

Text/SMS method

  1. Check your text messages for a message from the ticket sender. Open the ticket transfer sms then click the link in the message.
  2. Sign in to your Rider Account Manager account. If you not have an account, you must create one.
  3. Click “Accept” to claim the tickets if transferred. You can now transfer or save the tickets to your phone.
  1. Sign into Account Manager on the Rider App and tap on the game to view your tickets.
  2. Click the “Sell” button.
  3. Select and price the ticket(s) you’d like to sell.
  4. Tell us how you’d like to get paid.
  5. Review your listing and you’re all set.
