How long have you been dancing/cheering?
I have trained in dance since I was 3 years old.

What are your career aspirations outside of being on the Cheer Team?
Outside of cheerleading I am a full-time server and Corporate Trainer at the Canadian Brewhouse Grasslands. I am also proud to say that I am continuing to further my dance career and training in London England as well as training at COLLECTIVE STUDIOS REGINA.

What are your favourite performance styles?
Contemporary jazz but I’ve also found a new love for jazz funk and heels!

What football position would you play?
If I was a Roughrider football player, I would be a receiver. I am actually very good at catching things.

What is a cause you are passionate about?
I am passionate about supporting our community. Donations can go such a long way but so does kindness. I love the idea of contributing to a community in which will create new relationships and a much more inclusive and positive experience for everyone.

What does the Cheer Team add to Rider Game Days?
Who starts the cheers louder than the Cheer Team? We are a part of the overall experience at mosaic. We contribute to the atmosphere at games and of course, are a huge support to the Roughriders.

What advice would you give to an aspiring Cheer Team Member?
I say go for it! The experiences, memories, and connections you will make will be endless. Keep reaching and keep pushing. Hard work will pay off.

What is your favourite thing about Saskatchewan?
My favourite part about Sask is that the people here make it a place you want to be. It may not have all the fancy things or newest places, but the people are the reason so many who travel away come back. We are a tight knit community, a sea of green if you will, and I don’t know another place like it.
