How long have you been dancing/cheering?
I started dancing just before I turned 3!

What are your career aspirations outside of being on the Cheer Team?
I’m a dance instructor at Silton Silhouettes and a full-time psychology student at the University of Regina.

What are your favourite performance styles?
Jazz dance.

What football position would you play?
I would want to be a quarterback!

What is a cause you are passionate about?
A cause that I’m passionate about is mental health in athletes and the stigma around it. It should be talked about more as there are so many athletes who stay quiet through their struggles. Being an athlete can take a toll on one’s overall mental well-being with the amount of stress put on their bodies and mind. Bringing awareness and creating more support systems may help those who are struggling as an athlete to feel less alone.

What does the Cheer Team add to Rider Game Days?
Our cheer team contributes to game day by interacting with the fans and entertaining them with all our talented performers!

What advice would you give to an aspiring Cheer Team Member?
Never give up! Put in the work to achieve your goals and dreams. Hard work truly pays off! Never sell yourself short.

What is your favourite thing about Saskatchewan?
My favorite part of Saskatchewan is the sky because of the beautiful sunsets… It’s called the land of the living skies for a reason!
