How long have you been dancing/cheering?
I have been training in dance and baton twirling since I was 3 years old. I trained at Martin School of Dance and Baton Twirling and the Sundown Optimist Baton Group under Maureen Johnson to assist in qualifying for the World Baton Twirling Federation World Championships in Italy in August 2022!

What are your career aspirations outside of being on the Cheer Team?
I am in my last year of nursing school and will graduate in December! I also work as a Continuing Care Assistant.

What are your favourite performance styles?
Baton twirling.

What football position would you play?
I think I would be a good wide receiver.

What is a cause you are passionate about?
I am very passionate about continuing research in health care. I think that it is important to donate and support causes that are continuing research in areas that are well known as well as unknown. Recently, I have been personally impacted by Pulmonary Fibrosis and I feel even more passionate about donating to the Saskatchewan Lung Association and finding a cure for Pulmonary Fibrosis.

What does the Cheer Team add to Rider Game Days?
We are a part of Rider Nation cheering on the Roughriders! We help get the fans engaged and excited for the games. We are an extra smiley face for everyone to see on the very exciting game days!

What advice would you give to an aspiring Cheer Team Member?
Have fun with it and do the best you can! It takes courage to step out of your comfort zone and that’s something to be proud of!

What is your favourite thing about Saskatchewan?
I can see my dog run for miles and miles!
