Cam Robinson is in his fourth season with the Roughriders and his third as the team’s linebackers coach.

In his first season with Saskatchewan in 2016, Robinson worked as a quality control coach.

A product of Bridgeport, Ala., Robinson played four seasons as a linebacker at Middle Tennessee State University. He was named a second-team All-Sun Belt Conference performer in 2009, his final season with the Blue Raiders.

During Robinson’s time at MTSU, the Blue Raiders won the Sun Belt conference title in 2006 and competed in two bowl games, losing to Central Michigan in the 2006 Motor City Bowl and beating Southern Mississippi in the 2009 New Orleans Bowl.

Robinson’s coaching career began in 2014, when he worked as a defensive graduate assistant at Louisiana Tech University.
