Game Day At A Glance

May 31st – A Community Celebration of Culture

Join us at Mosaic Stadium for your first look at the 2022 Saskatchewan Roughriders and a celebration of the diverse culture of our province.

Kickoff is at 6:30 p.m., with doors opening at 5 p.m. We encourage you to get to your seats early as there will be fun multicultural dance performances before the game and a halftime!

Our pre-game Coors Light Party in the Park will not make its debut until our Home Opener on June 11th, but we will have a special thank you for the fans who attend Tuesday night’s game. See you there!

Reminders:

Your phone is your ticket! Don’t forget to download the Rider App, powered by SaskTel, onto your smartphone and have your digital tickets ready before you come to Mosaic Stadium. We promise it’s easy, but we created a tutorial video here and have a full FAQ and written tutorial at Riderville.com, just in case!

We’re in the clear. The Club has moved to a clear bag policy for all Saskatchewan Roughrider games. Each fan, including children, can bring in one clear bag sized 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller. More details on the clear bag policy can be found here.

In transit? Whether you arrive at the stadium on four wheels or two, there are options available! The bike valet opens at 4:30 p.m. on game day and is staffed by volunteers through REAL. The bikes are inside a fenced compound that is monitored throughout its hours of operation. Please note that your bike must be picked up within one hour after the game ends.

In addition, Rider Transit presented by WorkSafe Sask is back! That’s right, free guest bus transit is available from various locations across the city (Southland Mall, University of Regina, Warehouse district, the Delta Hotel, Victoria Ave and Scarth Street) and at a NEW north end location: The Turvey Centre, starting two hours and 15 minutes before kickoff time.

Preseason Action

Catch current and future stars in action in the first preseason game of the year against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers!

Fans should keep an eye on the running backs position as the Club looks to find its 2022 starter. Jamal Morrow, Shaq Cooper, Frankie Hickson, Troymaine Pope and Kienan LaFrance will all run the rock for the Green and White Tuesday night.

Meanwhile, Catch Mason Fine, Jake Dolegala and Troy Williams behind centre as they look to lock up the spot behind starting quarterback Cody Fajardo.

On the defensive side of the ball, fans will see plenty of Canadians with the Roughriders second overall pick in the 2021 CFL Draft, Nelson Lokombo starting at cornerback, Charbel Dabire at defensive tackle and Justin Herdman-Reed at middle linebacker.

The team will then rest up for its second preseason game in B.C. on Friday.
