THE SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDERS INVITE YOU TO ‘BRING IT TO THE HEARTLAND’

2022 Grey Cup Festival will begin November 15th

With the 109th Grey Cup and the 2022 Grey Cup Festival just nine months away, the Saskatchewan Roughriders are excited to invite the province of Saskatchewan and CFL fans from across the country to ‘Bring it to the Heartland.’

The official Grey Cup Festival theme, Bring it to the Heartland, reflects Saskatchewan as the heartbeat of the CFL, and the Canadian prairies as the heartland of Canada.

“The Saskatchewan Roughriders and our incredible Volunteer Host Committee are so excited to finally be able to host our first Grey Cup and Festival at Mosaic Stadium,” said Roughriders President and CEO and Grey Cup Festival Co-Chair Craig Reynolds. “We all know there is no place like Saskatchewan for a once in a lifetime football party, and we can’t wait to bring CFL fans together again this November.”

The Grey Cup Festival is committed to being a truly provincial event, and as such, fans can expect events all around the province in the lead up to and during Grey Cup Week.

More details on Festival events in Regina, Saskatoon and beyond will be unveiled in the coming months and would not be possible without key partners who have already signed on including our Premier Partners at Tourism Saskatchewan, The Mosaic Company, NexGen Energy Ltd., Richardson Pioneer and Major Partners at Cameco and Sask Power.

The Roughriders have brought together a select group of provincial leaders to form the Festival Oversight Committee and includes Festival Co-Chairs Barry Clarke and Craig Reynolds, Minister Gene Makowsky, Regina Mayor Sandra Masters, Edmund Bellegarde, the CFL’s Chief Grey Cup and Events Officer Duane Vienneau, Riders’ Chief Financial Officer Kent Paul and Chief Brand Officer Anthony Partipilo, REAL CEO Tim Reid and Volunteer Host Committee Chair Darren Anaka.

Tickets to the 109th Grey Cup on November 20th will go on sale to the general public in late spring. Rider fans looking to secure their seats can do so by purchasing season tickets at Riderville.com. Grey Cup and Grey Cup Festival merchandise is already on sale at riderstore.ca.
