Riders sign Kierrie Johnson

The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced today the signing of import receiver Kierrie Johnson to the active roster. Financial details of the agreement were not released.
Johnson (5’10 – 175) joins the Riders after most recently spending time with the B.C Lions during the 2011 and 2012 seasons. The 24-year old totaled 34 receptions for 514 yards and one touchdown in 14 games played while with the Lions.
A native of Houston,TX, Johnson played three seasons for the Houston Cougars during his collegiate career, finishing with receiving totals of 85 receptions for 1,308 yards and 12 touchdowns.
