PRO: Signed with the Riders in February, 2012…signed as a free agent with the Toronto Argonauts in 2009…signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2006 after originally being selected by the team in the third round (23rd overall) in the 2006 CFL Draft.

2013: Started 18 regular season games, West Semi-Final, West Final, and Grey Cup at centre.

2012: Started 17 regular season games and West Semi-Final at centre…missed one game due to injury…Riders nominee as Most Outstanding Canadian…Riders nominee as Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman.

CAREER: Started all 18 regular season games for the 2011 Argonauts at centre…was named an East Division All-Star…was also named the Argonauts Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman…started all 18 regular season games at centre for the Argonauts as well as in the East Semi-Final and East Final in 2010…Started all 18 regular season games at centre for the Argonauts in 2009…started in 12 regular season games for the Blue Bombers in 2008, missed six games due to injury...also started in the 2008 East Semi-Final…in 2007 dressed in all 18 regular season games for the Blue Bombers and started in 12 at centre as well as started in both play-off games and Grey Cup…in his rookie season in 2006 spent the season on the Bombers 46-man roster and dressed in one game.

COLLEGE: Played four seasons at Laval…was the starting centre and team captain on two Vanier Cup Championship teams (2003, 2004)…played in East-West game in junior and senior years…won the 2005 J.P. Metras Trophy as the CIS Top Lineman…was named a First-Team ALL-CIS twice (2004, 2005)…named the QIFC Rookie of the Year in 2002.

PERSONAL: During the off-season Picard is involved in the community by being active in charity work, especially with the Canadian Cancer society…as a cancer survivor himself, he works closely with the Quebec branch contributing to one major event each year…studied Sports and Leisure at Laval…enjoys boxing, basketball, and yoga
