EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
Every year the Saskatchewan Roughriders have a growing number of players that live in Saskatchewan year round. The effects of this are paying of on the field and in the community. However it has also resulted in a higher need for off season and in some cases in season employment for players as well as partners and spouses.
Due to this the Roughriders have established a new career development program. This program is designed to find career paths and job opportunities for current players. Our goal is to establishing relationships with local businesses and companies, with hopes of finding the right fit, which could lead into a post football career.
