  - Reporting to the Director, Retail Operations, this position will be responsible to manage the operations of the e-commerce web sales channel.  Major responsibilities would include developing and implementing on-line sales and marketing programs and promotions to increase web traffic and sales, managing the set-up and tracking of all on-line sales campaigns, fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner and providing leadership to the web employees in a management role.
