The Manager, CRM will serve in a cross functional role, supporting Ticket Operations, Retail, Events and Media functions. This will be a hands-on position managing day to day CRM platform marketing and technical functions, including but not limited to data acquisition, data structure design, data management and analysis, digital marketing engagement (email, web, social, mobile), data segmentation and targeting, marketing program execution as well as the support of new loyalty and reward programs.

Reporting to the Inventory Control/Warehouse Manager, the position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through participation in receiving and shipping duties along with various other warehouse tasks as required. The position plays a key support role in customer sales and service in order to increase sales to meet annual sales targets.
