10 Rider players took part in the Saskatchewan AAA Provincial’s Skills Competition. Each player was “drafted” by one of the teams and represented that team in various events. The highlight of the night was the home-run derby where each Rider player competed to see who could hit the most over the fence. Congrats to QB Cole Bergquist for being the Rider home-run champ!

"On April 29, 2011 Riders Stu Foord, Brent Hawkins, and Jordan Sisco attended "Bowl for Kids Sake" at the Glencairn Bowlodrome in support of Big Brothers. The guys talked with the kids, handed out prizes, and even threw a few strikes!"
If the first game of the four-game tour of this year’s Rider Pride Hockey Challenge presented by SaskCanola is any indication, the doubt of whether or not to resurrect the off-season hockey team has just been erased.
Thank you Unity!
