Account Manager Info

Rider Account Manager is at your fingertips for a variety of online services:

Logging In:

Once you become a Riders Season Ticket Holder, Share Holder, Flex Pack Holder or simply a single game ticket purchaser you will already have a Rider Account Manager login & Password. 

Username:  either your account # or the email address we have on file

Password:  The Riders Ticket System will automatically generate a password for you; if you don’t know your default password you can use the “Forgot Your Password” link to have it emailed to you. Passwords can be changed once you are logged in.

 

Pay Your Account

Pay your season tickets & other events online! On your Rider Account Manager any outstanding invoices will be the first thing you see on your account manager home page.

Full & Partial Payments: To pay your invoice or to make partial payments select the “Pay Now” button on the appropriate invoice you would like to pay, review your order and click “continue”.  Select “Single Payment” at the bottom of the screen (even if you are making a partial payment) & click “continue”, enter your credit card information, once your credit card information is entered and you agree to the terms of use a payment box will appear at the bottom of the screen, you will notice a box on the right hand side will automatically generate the total due, if you would like to make a partial payment enter the desired amount in the box and click “renew tickets”.

Adding Credits: To add your credit to your invoice, select the “Pay Now” button on the appropriate invoice you would like to pay, review your order and click “continue”.  The next page will show the amount of your credit which you can either apply to your order or leave on account,  once you select an option hit the “Single Payment” button at the bottom of the screen (even if you are making a partial payment) & click “continue”. (See Full & Partial Payment for further instructions)

View & Print your Invoice: To view and print your invoice that has been Paid in Full- on your account manager home page click “Completed Invoice” near the top right corner, the next screen will show a list of invoices that have been paid in full, select the invoice you would like to view & click the “Print this page” text near the top right corner.

To view and print your invoice that has been Partially Paid or No Payment- on your account manager home page click the “Pay Now” button on the appropriate invoice you would like to view and/or print, the next screen will show a review of your invoice, select the “Process this invoice offline” text in green near the bottom on the invoice summary, this will take you to a printable version of your invoice showing the total amount paid & left owing.

Riderville TicketExchange

Sell your season seats on Riderville Ticket exchange! Login to your Rider Account Manager and select “Manage My Tickets” Find the game you wish to sell your seats for & select the correct seats, hit the “sell” button, the next screen you will choose the price per ticket you would like to sell your seats for & the date they will be available until. Reminder: only adult tickets can be sold through Riderville Ticket exchange. 

Forwarding

Login to your Rider Account Manager and select “Manage My Tickets” The game you wish to Forward and select the correct seats, hit the “forward” button & follow the prompts. Reminder: the email address you forward your ticket(s) to must be the email address the recipient makes an account with for the transfer to process correctly.

Reprint

Login to your Rider Account Manager and select “Manage My Tickets” Find the game you wish to Reprint and select the correct seats, hit the “reprint” button & follow the prompts.
