The Week That Was

With Training Camp just two weeks away, it was an incredibly busy week with the Football Club is putting the finishing touches on their on-field look.

It began with unfortunate news with International receiver, Jeremy Kelley announcing that he will not be able to play this season because of a medical situation.

The same day, it was the 2016 CFL Draft and with he first overall pick, the Saskatchewan Roughriders selected Oklahoma tackle, Josiah St. John.

Here is the complete draft wrap with riderville.com’s Luc Mullinder and Dan Plaster.

A fresh new look was introduced as adidas debut their new uniforms across the CFL and the Saskatchewan Roughriders threw in a few great twists in the new on-field look.

On Friday, the Riders added three new faces to the roster with a pair of them being very familiar to CFL fans.

With just 14 days until 2016 Coors Light Training Camp begins in Saskatoon, and follow each and every detail that will get you ready for Training Camp right here on riderville.com and on all of the Saskatchewan Roughrider social media channels.
