Stephen is entering his first season as Offensive Coordinator of the Saskatchewan Roughriders after spending the past two seasons in the same position with the Edmonton Eskimos.

2003 – 2005 Montreal Alouettes – Offensive Line and Running Backs Coach
1999 – 2002 Tennessee Tech University – Offensive Line and Tight Ends coach
1996 – 1999 Middle Tennessee State University – Tight Ends Coach/Grad Assistant (‘96)

Prior to his coaching McAdoo spent a pair of years with the CFL’s Shreveport Pirates as an offensive lineman in 1994-95 after spending a season with the Cleveland Browns in 1993.

As a player with the Middle Tennessee State University Blue Raiders (1989-1992) McAdoo was a two-time First Team All-American (1991-92), Third team All-American (1990) and a three-time All-Conference pick. During his time as a player the Blue Raiders were Ohio Valley Conference Champions three times (1989, 1990 [co-champ], and 1991). McAdoo’s stellar career also placed him on the Ohio Valley Conference Half Century team and was named to the MTSU Hall of Fame in 2009.
