Regina, SK – Top Prospects Canada announced the schedule for their 2012 Elite Combine Series. Through the Top Prospects Canada Elite Combine Series Canada’s high school football players will have a new group to showcase their abilities to this fall. Starting December 1st in Toronto, Top Prospects will be on the search for the next gridiron star. Shomari Williams – CFL star and founder of Top prospects says: “Not only are we looking for the Top Prospects in the class of 2013, 2014 and 2015 but these testing sessions will be unique from others in that at every event one participating top athlete will win a special $1000 scholarship.”

“We are being proactive with our recruiting company,” says Shomari Williams. “And putting our money where our mouth is. Local coaches will vote on the best performer at each combine and the athletes will have an opportunity to win a scholarship for their efforts.”

Top Prospects plans to have twenty local coaches attend each combine. These local coaches will get actively involved in the nomination process. The athletes attending the Elite Combines will work out through regular testing events as well as through positional drills and 1 on 1s in front of CIS/CJFL scouts.  Following the Elite Combines testing results & player evaluations will be sent to over 250 schools across Canada and the US.

At the conclusion of the Elite Combines athletes and their parents are invited to attend the Top Prospects Recruiting Seminar where athletes will learn about the CIS and NCAA recruiting process and explore strategies for success in working through these processes.
